Thinking about the LG art cool gallery for my home, are they any good?

I used to fit LG stuff. From a supplier's point of view they were the lower end of the "branded" market; and quality reliability/after sales was as such. Not the best, but by means not the worst either.

Other than they seem ok. Had a few faux pas with the misleading installation instructions regarding the charge weight/pipe length and wiring. But other than that fine.

If you want better; Daikin and Mistubishi are a better choice - but they are typically alot more money

we had lg beko ones on holiday they were great

found a couple of places selling them as DIY, are they a DIY fit or should they really be installed professionally?

I've never even seen the insides of an AC unit before let alone fitted one but I'm a quick learner :D
