turbor timer
 
i really am striggling to fit my turbo timer i fitter one to my pulsar before but this has me stumped does it plug into the ecu my last one just went in to the wires cming from the ignition its a blitz one any advice would be great

it's more or less the same but you need subaru adaptor to fit into the ignition harnes, sorry but thats the only way, got a blitz timer myself but dont use it, as i got a timer fitted with the alarm just for the cool down

sorry hope that helps try speak to a subaru garage near you and see if you can get one from them

yeah its got the harness and i have traced the wires from the ignition barrell but no joy there are too many wires i have read on here about it going to the ecu is this right

There is sometimes an ecu speed sensor wire,my greddy had one.It's only needed for the 0-100 times etc. I soldered mine into the ignition wiring as i didn't have the impreza harness.

just did this on my classic not sure what model year you have or if there all the same,but there is a blue connector that you dissconect then plug the harness into that,i took the plastic of from under the steering coloum and the bigger plastic that is in the footwell. there was a wire that went to the handbrake and another that needs to be earthed

yeah i traed i traed it from the ignition barrel to the blue connector where did you earth yours too mine has to earth wires one from he turbo timer and one from another box that came with it thanks for your help guys
