With the expectation that the EU will abandon the motor industry block exemption arrangements in September, how much difference do you expect to see in new car prices and servicing costs? is this going to be the radical overhaul it could be?

Does this apply to Subaru as they do not have a European manufacturing base ?

I suppose if there is an advantage to be gained then IM will use it.

true but IM are in europe, and surely it's them who control the dealerships within the UK and make use of the block exemption rule.
