The car does slowly grow on you.

Well how did the test drive go?

They look better "on the move"... not a design that lends itself to stationary shots.

And for those who like to be noticed...it still turns heads (usually kid's heads but a head non the less) just like my old 2003 STI

Are those Irish plates on it?

Hi mate, how you finding the transition from a remapped 03STi to the 08 STi? i have come from a 340-350bhp STi myself and was wondering what you thought. One thing i will say tho' is that none of the 4 scoobs i had before(up rated springs, roll bars, etc..) can handle like this one, the grip is unbelievable. IMO.

All good so far!

Trouble is I had a Porsche Cayman between my 2003STI and the New 2008STI, and it's more of a handfull, and a bit twitchy when pushed hard, unlike the Porker..which just dug in and gripped harder the quicker you went, so I'm still learning it's limits! I might set the centre dif to manual with a more rear biased setting and see if that helps.

I'd say turn in is sharper than the old STI... Power...hmmm... still thinking of the 360 map Litchfield offer, but £2k's a bit too much for me to find at the mo! boo hiss

I've just taken delivery of a black tint set for the rear lights... but the process looks easily messed up..so am going to ask my local body shop if they'd do it for me!

How you finding yours?
