A/C short on Loyale?
 

After all these years my A/C went out on my 1990 Loyale. Discovered the fuse under the hood on passenger side blown. everytime i replaced it the new one blew. I guess there's a short. ANY idea where to start looking or what might cause it. Thanks for any help....
