what sort of power

what sort of power should i expect from this set up,
Open downpipe,vf34,660 injectors,apexi ecu,
what is the best size injectors for this set up and best induction kit.

440 or 550 injecters would be ok should make approx 330bhp simliar to what im doing later this week :luxhello:
