Does anyone know of a good one in the Aberdeen Area

I need somone to either

Lift a wooden floor and a sub-floor then re-lay them with better sound insulation (and less creaking :().

or

Pull down a plasterboard roof (I could do this bit myself) then fit a new one with soundproofing.
