Brakes binding help
 

Hi guys. Recently I've had a problem where if I get to around 60ish mph my steering wheel wobbled quite violently and there was a strange almost plasticky smell coming from the front wheels. I took my car to my local ATS and had the balancing done. After taking it out for a test run to see if it was fixed it started again so I returned to the ATS and they checked my wheels (which were really hot to the touch) and said it sounds and smells like my brakes are binding on the front. Is there any way to fix this because I'm virtually penniless now after spending so much on this car?
