sti 5 or 6 spoiler for classic cash waiting

Hi all

I'm looking for an STI 5 or 6 rear spoiler for my classic. Mica blue would be ideal, but other colours are fine I can get it resprayed.

Genuine Subaru would be preferred, but a good quality replica would be acceptable

I am in manchester, and am willing to travel 100 miles to collect.

I have got cash waiting to buy a spoiler!

I am not looking for a low level or mid level spoiler, thank you to all the people who have offered me those already!

Thanks for the offer, but that's nothing like an sti 5/6 spoiler!

Not what I'm looking for at all!

Cheers

I wouldn't go any higher than £200.

What colour is it?

steano 22 July 2008 01:51 PM

Gunmetal grey

I wouldnt buy a replica , you can spot em a mile off

Meet me in between ?

RJM25R 22 July 2008 01:53 PM

In what way?

TBH the fibreglass spoilers for £180 that you've offered me (amongst other people) don't seem to be particularly good value for money. . . . I've been warned that I may have to pay well over the odds for paint and prep IF the quality is not that good

A brand new PU spoiler from Scoobyparts is £199 and £10 postage. I will have to get it painted, but it will have a guarantee for 12 months under sale of goods act AND insured if it turns up damaged, plus I can pay on my credit card so they (Barclays) can share liability, and being PU it's better quality and easier to prep and paint!

OR Steano's second hand one off here for £225 that would need painting anyway, and if it turns up damaged or smashed to bits where do I stand? Out of pocket for sure, even if only temporarily!

I guess I'm just hoping that SOMEONE may PM me on here with the right spoiler in the right colour that I can go and collect. . . . .

So if that's being picky, maybe I am. . . .
