I use the pfr6b and mines running near 500bhp and runs like a dream have had prf7bs in and it started to missfire when cold. I wouldnt change the type, just put in a new set of 6s.

I had issues running PFR6B's, I was told by Bob Rawle (who did my mapping) to change them to PFR7B's and gap them to 0.65. Problems all gone now, the 7's run cooler than the 6's. I am running 281bhp 1.3-1.5 bar so not a lot different to you. Just give them a try and see how you get on. There is an Ebay company doing the 7's for £29 inc p+p at the moment, bargain.

I suggest you try NGK PFR 7bs and expect to pay under £35 for a set from most motor factors. (We buy in well under £30)
