Well, it had to happen, no red rings but no output either, the graphics went grainy in GTA4 last night and now theres no output at all.

Any suggestions before I nip out to get a replacement ?

Not covered by RROD 3 year only the standard 12 months..

unless you took out MS's extended policy..


failing that its £80 for a guaranteed replacement with a months free xblg

Just bought an Arcade one and plugged my HD in, have the old one going back, £60 and will either put it somewhere else or flog it.

I take it you checked all cables etc. If it was faulty still I'd have done the towel trick and induced the RROD then sent it away FOC>

Yes, I did think of that but for £60 and a clear conscience I just paid up.
