Hi guys little bit of info needed. I have a 97 type r fitted with a tdo5 turbo running 320 bhp @ 1.3 bar.How much of an advantage would a vf34 be. Cheeres Andy:thumb:

quicker spool up, more power 350-360bhp

that'll be the top end, prob nearer 340's
