Well with SSO done and dusted best crack on with the next one....

starting at 1030 AM although Club stands and Traders ONLY will be permitted at intervals between 800am-930am to give every one time to set up ready for 350-400 cars which have turned up every year .

Donation to the charity pot of £5 per car

We need to register all cars that will be attending before 31st May at the latest so if you could let me know in next couple of days that would be great...:)
So please pop your name down below if you are coming onto the stand in the same format so i can confirm on the main thread to secure space.

Stu, just to let you know, if you aren't in your Wagon for the show, whatever car you come in will have to be in the general public parking area as the display stands are judged and we really want to do well and carry on our club success from Nostell. Points are deducted for non Subaru cars on the stands.

Has scott mentioned in earlier post we cannot camp but if you do want to use the campsite we used last year its great, you just need to ring and book yourselves on, last year they were very accommodating and even got up early the next morning to make us all breakfast....:lol1:

I will get scott to post the details up for you when he gets a minute.

The post on the main thread mentions we can only have a max of 18 cars so we will need to figure out how we are going to use it, do we squeeze 18 on or give room for other things, come on guys let us know your thoughts :)
