Help !!!!! Multimedia audio controller

I have rebuilt the GF's PC and It has no sound due to it missing the driver for the Multimedia audio controller. Can anyone suggest a good web site I seem to be going round and round in cirlces

Its a Packard Ball PC and the model is santiagao (fook knows why)

PLEASE HELP I'M GETTING EAR ACHE (MORE THAN NORMAL)

have you tried typing the serial number into the website
