Removing boost soleniod without light coming on

hi guys, i am going to fit a manual boost controller, how do i remove the stock one without the check engine light coming on. what do i do with the wires and also will it mess the ecu up.

Thanks david

just leave the wires connected as it will throw a cel as you expect

so do i have to leave the standard solenoid bolted in to the engine bay, or is there a way of doing something with the wires so i can take it out completely.

leave it alone

if u leave solinoid and wires alone and just plumb in controler between solinoid and actuator this sould work fine and will still have factory fuel cut set

the factory fuel is cut set by the map sensor next to the boost controller
