windows media player question

If you can stream video in media player, then surely theres a way of downloading that video?

Anyone know what software is required to capture the video?

im no computer boff what so ever, but depending on the type of video being streamed, can you not do something with the url address, like open it seperatley then save? or not just go to "save as" when the video has finished streaming and save it that manner.

i know ive saved a couple of "gentlemans clips" this way in the past.

No save as option available.
I think I've found the software to do it, but need to crack it as it only lets you record 4 mins

Try the 'download helper' plugin for firefox. Ive used it to download streaming vids from gentlemen websites

the latest version of realplayer has a little popup that asks you if you want to download the vid you are streaming into realplayer
