What grade oil is best used for suspension?

As the title says really. I've got a set of Tein H1's or H2's (Tein UK aren't sure, even with me giving them the part numbers on all 4 struts) which came with my GC8 when I bought it. I'm going to refurb them myself, but I don't know what grade oil is best to use. Tein UK aren't much use for this information either, with them coming back to me saying, "regardless of age, we wont release any specifications of our suspension". Personally I can't see how 13 year old suspension technology is going to help anyone but hey.

So any ideas?

Or if anyone can refurb them for me, that would be even better (apart from Tein as they wont)

Thanking you

Richard

Pop into your local motorcycle shop and get some 5W damper oil. That should come fairly close...
