for some reason my pc has started doing this....

when i click on a link to a web site (for example if i click on the url that scoobynet sends to my email on notification posts) then the page only opens up the top bar? i then have to click on maximise to open it proper? whys it doing this? it always used to open the page up fully when linking to the web from somewhere else?

Tiggs - it is a pain this. As far as I remember you have to open a new window, then maximise it to full. Then open another new window which should open full. Then close the first window if that makes sense.

IE seems to remember the last type of window you opened.
