VF28 of TD05

Looking for an upgrade for my RB5.

Will either of these fit and what are the main advantages. I'm looking for 310-320 bhp (with supporting mods)

Thanks Bob

The vf28 is a direct fit and a td05 is if it has been converted to front entry.
They will both potentially achieve the figure your after.

Why does the td05 require convertying to front entry? What car was they fitted to?
Thanks.

Not thought about the vf35 Bob? Seems to be a popular choice.

320bhp and 320lb/ft torque with a vf28

Had absolutely no probs fitting mine. Came back from Salou at midnight, had a few hours kip then fitted the turbo before a 2hr run to AndyF's and remap at 1pm. As long as the turbo bolts come off ok, its an hour job. And I'm no mechanic.
I'd recommend the Td05 if your planning on going further (350) but gearbox will be under stress then.
