Black bugeye?
 

Again on Mumbles road in Swansea going in the opposite direction towards the sa1 development not sure if you saw me or not but waved anyway and got nothing back, again not sure if you saw me so will let you off this time, starting to think the non wave syndrome is a Bugeye thing had a few waves not returned from Bugeyes lately or am I wrong?
