wheel bearing??

right ive been told that fitting a front wheelbearing is a bit of a waste of time and would be easier to buy a low mileage hub instead ,reason being the pressed bearing would not last very long as its hard to get it like original, any ideas, cheers

Thats a load of toss, if you know what you are doing there nothing to go wrong. Far better to press in a new bearing than fit secondhand. :thumb:

I agree, had my front bearings done last year and touch wood everything is okay. I watched the mechanic fir them and they are a bit of a cow to do.

Have you been told this by your mechanic? If so sounds like he is just being a lazy bassteward :D
