new belt?
 

hi im new i came last week to the halfway house one of my belts is squeaking on cold starts dunno which belt it is or which bolt ajusts it i think its the one on the power steering or does it need a new belt .....tom

try a bit of talcum powder on it, or a quick squirt of wd40.

might be worth getting a new one anyway :)

I thinkXtreme replaced all the belts when they did the cam belt and Rad Tom.

might just be damp that's causing it. does it go away once it warms up?

Have a look at that M8, i had the same thing last week, all tightened up now and working fine

mine would do it in the winter. may be worth gettin extreme to check it over seeing as they replaced it.

lodge is easy to find. from southend, go down the a127 and get onto the new a130 towards chelmsford. then take the wickford / south woodham turn off. as you exit the a130 stay on left as you come up to lights. when you come to the round about take 3rd exit. the lodge is about 3/4 of a mile down on left hand side. :thumb:
