Unfortunately a vehicle like that will not be sold as a whole and will be broken down and sold as parts..

Sorry to see this mate. .. can understand how u feel!!!!
It does look u spent a lot of time and money on it....

didnt u have an immobiliser / tracker???
good luck, hope u get it back...

dynamix 18 March 2008 09:11 AM

Fee, I hope you see the car again but from the sounds of it the police arent exactly on the ball.

I hope you find a replacement car for the first round of TA

Fee Muir 18 March 2008 12:58 PM

I think the first round will be pushing it a bit

I'm just going to sell my spaces as and when they approach, with the hope of being able to do a couple nearer the end of the year
I don't want to admit defeat and sell the whole season....even if I have to run round the track at the final

dynamix 18 March 2008 01:03 PM

Hopefully a tuner will lend you a car for the rounds.

Fee Muir 18 March 2008 01:05 PM

That would be nice.....who could I ask?!!?

flat4 18 March 2008 02:22 PM

As i said on Facebook, im gutted for you, Fee :(

I'd lend you mine but i know what you're like with clutches and a like :D

Adam Kindness 18 March 2008 02:57 PM

we've had an offer of an old honda powered elise to use... I dont think its a bad offer but the car would need work to meet TA regs etc...

Just need to try and convince Fee LOL

Fee Muir 18 March 2008 03:33 PM

I don't want to borrow a friends car
Our luck doesn't seem to be great with cars at the moment and don't want to have to pay for a replacement car for us and a replacement car for a friend too
My pockets aren't that deep!

Fee Muir 16 April 2008 11:54 AM

Car has now been found. Apart from damage to the ignition and door lock, it seems to be fine.
What a relief!
