Automated ALT-TAB and refresh Software
 

Does any one know of any free software that will alt tab between 2 windows. Both IE7 windows and auto refresh the browser page at the same time?

Does it exist? I have been searching for a couple of hours and found nothing.

No, could write something to do it or use a macro recorder, so turn recorder on, record keystrokes and then playback in an infinite loop.

there is an auto-refresh plugin for IE7 available.

or use opera, which has this built in.

not sure about switching betwix apps though, although opera may support tiling browser pages (not sure) ;)

Crazybrowser will do both. You can set it to switch tabs (ie, change windows) and turn on auto refresh with various increments of time.
