Laptop requires reboot
 
How do i go about doing it ? What if any software do i need ?
Its an old laptop that my son has & all it runs is MSN it is however running horrendously slow as i think he has downloaded some crap onto it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I assume you mean a rebuild too and not a reboot ;)

What model is the Lappy and what spec is it?

If it's a Medion PC you should have got a disk when you bought the pc with the operating system and drivers on. Just stick it in the Laptop and reboot. If you don't have it get a copy of XP and download drivers from MEDION UK
