Broken Fan Belt ????

A guy in St. Louis was driving to work on highway 144 when he heard a 'pop'! He thought it sounded like a flat tire, though his ride wasn't affected.
After pulling over, checking the tires and finding them intact , he opened the bonnet to look at the engine. Before the bonnet was even opened all the way open he jumped back in shock and knocked his head on the partially opened bonnet, unable to believe what his eyes were seeing!
Nobody was going to believe this!
Fortunately, a coworker with a camera recognized him along side the road and stopped to see if he could help.

Good excuse for being late for work !!!

And even then, it's actually a copy of a cave drawing found in western Australia circa 1953

Off course, luckily they were reuseable ones though otherwise they would have cost me a fortune wearing them all these years ;)

SwissTony 14 March 2008 10:24 AM

you were featured in that Panorama program about that mum who kept her 8 year old son in nappies and breast fed him :D

I've had a huntsman spider half the size of my hand build a web on my car (VW Golf at the time) in the outside corner of the rear window just behind my head. Open rear windows (As thats how I like to drive on a warm morning) spider "pops" in for a quick chat!!! I, very nearly, did something in my short I've not done for some time.

Scoobychick 14 March 2008 11:31 AM

That pic predates Scoobynet doesn't it? :lol1:

Anyway, just for Swiss...
