How many runs

Hi,

I'm thinking having a go at the shooutout but wondered how many runs of the strip I get for my £70.

Does anyone know?

Hi YXD

A lot depends on things like how quickly you can be ready for the next run.

From my memory of last year there was time to get quite a few runs in, if you don't waste too much time, but not all of them will count to the actual competition.

Cheers

Simon

Its busy at the start on the strip and then it gets quieter later on , I remember last year I was doing a run one after the other without waiting.

I did about 15 last year but could have done more

Problem was that someone hit the 13.30 bang on after the 1st half hour so was never going to be possible to beat that lol

drag runs are unlimited, do as many as you can/need. handling is initially 5 timed laps per car to allow everyone fair chance; we are also trialling a new timing system which can run 2 cars at once at a safe gap, so if the queues are kept minimal and everyone did their 5 runs we may then open it up later on for more, but subject to all runs being taken and used already.

There needs to be more control of the event as last year the queues for the handling curcuit were ridiculous - disappointing after a 600 mile round trip....

Have to agree with you on that one terry hopefully from what chris has said previouse this problem has been addressed with 2 cars running at quick succession, from a personal point I found after your sighting lap you got straight on again which kept some kind of heat in the tyres but later had to wait 20mins + in a queue tyre cold meaning I couldnt keep the power down without the car stepping out maybe thats me expecting to much out of it but been out on track with warm tyres helps.
