Hi everyone.... Im the new kid, please dont pick on me ;)

I have a 08 STI on order (due to pick up week friday):thumb: .

Had to settle for a sliver one, as the dealer was quoting May/June for white, but being so impatient, I could not wait that long.

Currently driving a Civic Type R, so torque will be a nice new novelty for me.

Order the new car with a few extras: fog lights, detachable towbar (motocross bike), STI mats, 35% tints all round. (all thown in).

Joined a few days ago, and been browsing though all the difference sections. Seems like a good community that you have going here.

will post some more, once i take delivery of the new beast. (a few sleepless nights till then:) )

My last ride was a civic type r as well, and yes bucket loads of torque was a revelation for me :)
The new sti is rather nice, get some mud flaps fitted and get the paint covered on the doors though.

There will be plenty of negative comments on the new Impreza on here but not all of us hate it :)

I've only seen one, and that was in white, it was in the Wales Rally GB service park car park, at SW1 (SW1 Crap, bring back felindre!)

Anyways, it looked pretty nice, much better than in the magazines and on the web!
