Very Cheap Genuine Parts
I have just ordered a Genuine Knock Sensor and 3x Genuine oil filters for £36.34 inc shipping :luxhello:
Subaru dealer in the UK wanted £119 for a sensor on its own. So look to buy your parts from the US guys even if you have to pay a little import tax (which I doubt) you will save a fortune. All you need to know is the original part no. PM me if you want the details of where I got them from not sure if I can post the link on here :Suspiciou |
free world mate ..get it posted you know it makes sense

Postage was $26.97 about £13.50 by UPS. (That’s to France but should be same to UK) $40.79 for the sensor about £20.50 that’s a £98.50 saving over UK prices :luxhello: Dealer wanted £35 postage to France too  |
Its amazing how much you can save by buying parts overseas. I have bought parts for my Mitusbishi from New Zealand, and even with air shipping they were less than half the price of my local dealer!! Just shows how much the UK suppliers (IM in the case of Subaru) must be making on spare parts.

I bought a genuine Sti boot spoiler from the US and it was £360 with shipping. Subaru wanted about a grand. It came painted from the factory and in a Subaru box etc. Did have to pay import duty of £80 on top but still a bargain.

That's the beauty of todays market, it's all worldwide so they can no longer give us the shaft when it comes to parts.
Mind i used to love going into a local pug dealers and throw part numbers at them, they didn't know half of what i was ordering as half of it was from france but it was all good. The blessing of having a peugeot parts cd. :norty: |
