Spa to Nurburgring

Anyone know the driving time from Spa to the Nurburgring, please?

Thanks

About an hour

It's three years since I did it last but it isn't that far. We left the 'Ring at the end of play and were at a hotel near Spa in time for an early supper.

Thanks guys - any views on how long from the 'ring back to Calais, please?

Depends what time you set off. The quickest way is through Belgium on the E roads but it means going around the Brussels ring road so if you get there at rush hour you are screwed.

it is about 4 hours otherwise (depending how you drive)

Can recommend a great place to stay near the ring if needed.

4 hours is a push, if going for a certain ferry, give it 5 hours

Agree actually, went to/from Dunkirk which worked out much cheaper and it is nearer where you want to be and it took us about 4.5 so assume 5 hours at least and plan for a bit of leeway.

this is a great place to stay. Very friendly owner called Lex, free schnapps for those staying late! Good food too.

***onRoad Cafe*** Adenau

it's in Adenau, great drive to it and about 5 minutes from the Ring. If you go tell him you were recommended it by one of the group that crashed the Yamaha last year, he'll know what you mean!

There is actually a hotel that overlooks the new circuit, that's where I have always stayed. Can get some good deals there if there is no racing on.
