type r suzzy

I know theres a section for this but not everyone will look there! so who's considered to be the man as far as suspension goes!! whats peoples experience as far as the people they have used? and info from people that have type r's with regard to their particular set up would be usefull. Im using the car predominantly for track days with a view to also doing a bit of hill climbing when i can handle the car well enough to be competitive..

The one popular option is ASTs.... but be prepared to pay for em....

Pop over to suspension or driving dynamics and find 911 - he's probs one of the most knowledgable, and helpful, where chassis are concerned.
