Remap - Where in the South West?
 

Anyone have any ideas who is the best company to use in the South West ( Bristol area) for getting my 06WRX remapped. I have just bought it and I'm assured that, apart from a rear box I cant identify, its standard so wanted to get a panel filter and then have her remapped to let her breath a bit better.
Also, does anyone have any evidence to prove that remapping improves economy? A strange question I know but it is supposed to optimise the engine performance so i would assume it would make it more efficient, if driven reasonably. Before anyone starts, I have not bought this car for economy, I would have kept my Passat Deseasel for that, I want some honest fun and bang for buck the WRX is the car for that.

Backbox looks like a Magnex to me.

There are a few places near you and me I'm in Wilts. I took mine to Bob Rawle yesterday. He totally transformed my car. See my post on here now, it will explain a little of what will take place. He is based in Swindon and will work wonders with your car. Do a search for BRDevelopments and it will give you all the info you need. Good luck.

I have been asking Kev a lot of email questions recently and he has been very helpful. I struggle to get time off these days which is why I asked about a local company, but it may be worth getting up earlier one day..
Although I have heared that he isnt the bloke to see if you have money in your wallet, it wont be there for long......you just cant help yourself once there....
