Relocating Battery and washer bottle to boot.

Am thinking of doing this, to clean up and try to remove some clutter from under the bonnet,

1, If I just extend the washer bottle wires, and run a length of rubber tube the length of the car, will it have enough pressure by the time it gets to the bonnet?

2, Can i just run an extension to the battery cables via a junction box or similar to the boot?

Also is there anything else that is easily moved/hidden :)

1, yes there will be enough pressure, a lot of rear wash wipe systems pump from the front to the rear anyway...

2. you'd be safer to use bigger cables, to ensure less voltage loss, then literally replace the existing cables rather than join onto them.....

Apart from making things looks tidier under the hood, what other advantages does this have? Wish I had time on my hands to do things like this!

Thats the main reason I want to do it, purely because it looks nicer :thumb:

Just be sure to have a beefy circuit breaker, otherwise your car might catch fire if you have a short.

Did you see the links above, will prob do it virtually the same as that, which included a circuit breaker, positioned right above the battery :)
