2.0 heads on 2.5 ?
 

what odds does it make if u do or don't get the 2.0 heads matched for 2.5 block.what do u do to the chambers.going to be building one up soon

i am just about to start my 2.5 conversion i think you can just get a gasket to make the compression right

The ideal is to have each chamber opened up to match the bore, this can be done by CNC machining nowadays so is cheap. I think Roger Clarck Motorsport can do it but try API engines too.
API can supply all you need.
