do the short shifters of ebay that go for 30 bucks fit the car and work like a branded one.

I fitted the B&M 'style' short shift from ebay to my 95 RA, fitted perfect,(took 15min)quality was good and works a dream! And it only cost £15 delivered!

if I was you, I would spend that little bit extra and get a half decent one from good named distributors, rather than the generic ones on fleabay

Agree, ebay items might be okay, then again, might not - I've been burned a few times with crap thats sold on there, reminds me of that Simpson's clip where the item falls apart.
