Tis a mental job, and a stupid amount of weight to carry over ICE!

Enjoy the series Daz :)

$50k for 3 months work, Hugh has been doing it something daft like 12 years.

I value my life more than £100,000 a year!

Luminous 30 January 2008 09:26 PM

I'd have serious consideration about doing that for the money. Do something else for the rest of the year. Truck driving is rather dull I would imagine (has to be more boring than car driving). I think the ice danger would be the thing that is needed to keep me awake :D

Could be worth a laugh :)

Blimey, as some have said above "the cracking noise under the wheels"
reminds me off playing on the edge of frozen ponds as a kid (and inevitively getting an ice cold "Bootie") and then wishing i hadn't done it.

That 25yr old kid with the wide load was a cool cat (very responsible) and he had a nice truck too!!!
The newbie who ditched it wont live long!!! - i look forward to the next installment! and as for the plank who didn't tighten his load up properly!!!

imagine their thoughts when the "see the lights" of the mine after their long trek.

His attitude did impress. Good lad.

The new bloke Drew, haven't watched the full season but I don't think he has a good time of it.

Bit like the Greenhorns on deadliest catch that can't cut it.

Snazy 31 January 2008 11:19 AM

Oooh you all have so much to come.
The young lad is indeed probably one of the best :)

Its not TJ is it, he is the scrawny looking one lol

Well, he won't if he keeps rummaging round in the back whilst leaving it drive itself on cruise control :cuckoo: I guess that's how he ended up going off into the snow! :lol1:

Far more Drew antics to come, trust me lol
And a couple of other rather interesting events.

Poor TJ !!

Mental thing to be doing but i was less than impressed with the huge pollution pit they've built right on the edge of the arctic.
