It doesn't show the British bloke going into the jobcentre since the Polish bloke now has HIS job for LESS money, to pay all the wnakers above him!

It's a pity we can't replace all the immigrants who are here scrouging from North Africa and Islamic countries with Poles, as they statistically contribute a hell of a lot less and IHMO don't intergrate well. |
the pols we have at out work are no way as good as the people who left and they replaced.
if they get a cold, off to hospital, then moan that uk hospitlas are no good, so then drive back to poland. has happened 2 times in the last year, both things over silly things. most used words by them its not my job its not my problem i know care i am busy (whan standing there doing nothing) get off my table or they take a 6 hour job and make it last 10 hours or something stupid like that, just to get more money. they will be going back to poland in the next 2 years i think, jobs are getting better paid over there now, but cost of houses and gone up 100%!!! i am going to poland at the end of jan, so will see what it is like |

To be honest I have no problem with Poles taking jobs here - they work extremely hard, and make UK workers in similar jobs up their game. Not sure if it is true but somewhere said that the Poles here can claim child benefits for their kids in Poland?

You know, I find it hard to understand how people in this country can't see beyond the ends of their noses.
Just because the Poles aren't taking YOUR job, living etc, doesn't make it alright for them to take someone else's. They ARE taking jobs that used to be done by OUR kids, kids born and bred here, and before anyone says it, NO the kids aren't all workshy fekwits:mad: What ever happened to the great British tradition of looking out for each other? Disappeared in the grasping greed of the Thatcher years, followed by 10 years of thieving scum Lying Labour. I'm alright Jack.............? Sorry, but that doesn't work for me. |

Sorry, but that doesn't work for me. i remember i was sat at my chiropractors a few months back reading a broadsheet awaiting my appointment. had a huge article on page three about some polish newspapers that have/were basically advertiseing the fact of free benifits. astounding. honestly, what else do they want from us... our jobs, imho undeserved benifit monies? what next seriously?!?!?! |
I have mixed opinions on all of this. My wife is Polish, and has been my wife since it was a novelty to have a pretty Eastern European girlfriend/wife (quite a long while ago).
When my wife was here originally her and other Polish people worked extremely hard and were very conscientious about their work (I'll skip over the being here illegally or as a 'student'). Now with so many Polish people you get a mixture as you do in all societies. So there are a reasonable number of good workers and an equal number of people who screw the system, don't want to work, take the mickey etc... I will be sexist for a moment: The Polish women that I know work very, very hard and the men less so. Steve |
