scooby legacy problems

Hi all, got myself a 1994 legacy GT twin turbo, unfortunately it's developed a cutting-out problem as i'm driving along. sometimes it's ok and other times it's not. it doesnt cutout completely, just for a second or 2 then it'll keep going. anyone got any ideas please:confused:
