Cancelling mobile phone provider
 

just been on the phone to O2
apparently my contract is up and I am now free to go with another provider:luxhello:
Was pretty happy with O2 I gotta say but another company here in Ireland is giving free texts and calls all weekend to any network for free! :eek:
Anyway when I rang up to cancel got diverted to a please stay with us sir we'll give you loads free stuff dept ! lol
I take it this is the norm ?
had to hang up halfway tru the call cos was busy in work at the time but am waiting for them to ring back
so ... should I try to milk them for everything I can ???
How much is my business worth to them ?? lol :D
