flat spots

Ive had my my00 remapped well it was done a while ago now, when on the motorway sitting at about 3000 rpm in fifth or fourth i put my foot down it does not pick up smoothley it flat spots then when it goes past 4000 rpm it goes away, i know they have put a cold weather correction on it so when its realy cold it backsoff a little to stop overboost, but it happens when its not that cold so i dont think it is that but then im not an expert, you only feel it in fourth an more so in fifth,
On the dyno graph it is smooth curve though, its running a standard tdo4 turbo, i think the boost is 1.1 or 1.2 bar, is that boost ok to run through this turbo, what do you think it might be :wonder:

Come on guys an girls, has anyone got any idea what it might be :)

thats quite abit of boost for a tdo4! thats not along way off the limit on a tdo5! try turning the boost down and try that! 4th and 5th gear is where the car boosts it's hardest and it could be that! Hope that helps a little bit

Thanks mate i will get it turned down a bit then, i take it that the boost thats going through it then is not good an could damage the turbo?
