Changing TD05 compressor to 18G

Hi all, my turbo,a early 90deg TD05 could do with an overhaul.I've seen rebuild kits, and also larger 18g comprssor wheel and housings.
1 Is it an easy job to rebuild the turbo? removings no problem.
2 Is it easy to fit an 18g compressor and wheel?
3 and is there an adaptor i can fit to make it 90deg,so i don't have to start swoping inlet manifolds ect?

I have a 1995 RA,and standard filter box if this helps?

Many thanks,Tim

dont bother, just by a new andy f one, rebuilding yours will work out to be too much hassle.already been down this road

Not an easy job to rebuild, special tools needed and then you have to send it off for balancing anyway, there is no 90 degree off the shelf compressor housing so yours will have to be machined to suite, so as millwrx says, just go buy one already done!
