Your top PS3 games
 

I've only ever had a ps1 due to lack of interest but now ive got the use of mothers hd tv that me and me brother got her for xmas I asked for one and got NBA, some ninja platform game and FIFA and NFS ProStreet.

I love the competition games that can be in 2 player mode.

Just wondering what you lot think of yours and the games that are out there!
edit: also wondered where everyone buys their games as HMV is canny expensive lol

Currently have a few games for my PS3 bought back in March. Tend to play on the Xbox360 (COD4) and Wii (Mario Galaxy) more. Have to admit last game I played was 'Ratchet and Clank'. Nice grpahics and good platformer. Let down by the fact you cannot save at any particular place except from the last checkpoint which can be frustrating when you need it.

I only really play Resistance, I'll probably buy sega rally, ok its abit arcadey but its great fun. I bought McRae dirt and that was awful, managed to sell it on for what I paid for it. Nothing else really floats my boat, downloaded demos of NFS pro street, juiced 2 and simpsons - all complete dross.

Havent really bothered with the ps3 that much as weve got a 360 which gets played alot.

If we didnt have the 360, id go for the usual COD4 and GRAW2, but thats about it.

Resistance is awesome and IMHO a much more satisfying experience than Halo3

F1 is highly detailed polygon frenzy

Uncharted looks and plays stunning

others must have one surely to comment on ! ?

Hated Resistance personally. Been playing Uncharted which is pretty good fun, if you ignore the stupid way he jumps and the glitches.

COD 4 online is excellent.

I finally plugged my PS3 over Christmas and I've been impressed with Uncharted: Drakes Fortune - its certainly the most beautiful game I've played. Its an FPS mixed with puzzle solving and a bit of Prince of Persia!

As for the PS3 - its really impressed me - very slick. Checked out some of the demos off the PSN store and actually had a right laugh with Motor Storm! Not many games to buy, but I'm in no rush. In the meantime, its playing my DVD's and Blu-Ray's

Did I mention I've hooked it up to a 68" HD display ?!?! ;)

I switched my PS3 on the other day and seriously thought it was broken. Heard it beep and whirr then nothing, black screen on the TV. Started to panic as i thought the previous update had bricked the console. Realised my error when the TV was on the wrong AV channel. So used to the noisy 360 that i bricked a load when i heard nothing coming from the PS3. Panic over

CoD4 is great, Resistance: fall of man is good too.
