Wall mounting a LCD TV....
But in the corner of a room? Anyone done it? Due to the layout of my living room, I can't mount an LCD flat to the wall, but it will fit in a corner. Is that possible? :wonder:

your prob better off sticking it on a stand.

Yes do a search on google for lcd wall mount - loads available to mount it in a corner - two of mine are like this
ie Wall bracket for LCD TV | plasma TV wall bracket | Vesa TV wall brackets | TV wall mount bracket | arm TV wall bracket Richard |
Something like this do the trick maybe?

AV Rabbit have several that will fit the bill. They're really helpful, so if you're not sure, just give them a call.

Double elbow style bracket should do the job...did the rent's 32" with one - cost a small fortune though (£100 - odd VESA sized mounts and it was a bloody heavy TV  )
edit: knew I took a pic somewhere on my phone (don't ask why ;) ).... http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k3...rentstelly.jpg |
Have a look at the AVF Nexus website they do a good range of quality stands

go to the AVForums web site check out the home cinema section and the DIY. Yes it is poss as someone on there did it and posted all his pics of how to. He built a studded wall at a 45 degree angle in a corner - very smart.... happy hunting
