Clutch & Flywheel nuts (torque settings?)

I have searched but with no joy :(

Can anyone tell me the torque settings please for my flywheel and clutch which i am about to fit.

That is for the nuts i want to tighten and not what power they can take.

55 ft lbs for the flywheel, 12 ft lbs for the clutch cover
