Is guitar hero any good ?
 

Looking for something to have a laugh with over Christmas.

My brother's bought a Wii, so that's covered.

Was wondering if Guitar Hero is any good? I would've looked at Rock Band but I can't import it in time, and its not released in UK 'til March or something.

It's great fun, although you may have trouble finding a second guitar controller for two player battles...

Yep, you can play over Live. I have GH2 and am considering 3.

i have GH1 and 2 - and they are great.


I am seriously considering Rock Band....

I've just got GH3, struggling with anything but the easy difficulty setting cause my coordination sucks :rolleyes: :D
Would definately recommend it though, great fun :thumbs:

GH3 is just as good as GH2, and the two player battles are fun. Almost got note perfect on all songs in easy / medium modes. Just working my way through hard now :D

I'm pretty poor at it, only on medium setting. Its embarrassing as my brother, his wife and my little sister are all superb at it on any level :o

Watching my brother and little sis play Sweet Child O' Mine head to head on expert is impressive.

another one for GHIII on christmas day :) ..... can't wait . I have GHII on PS2 but the wireless guitar will mean I can jump around the living room like a loony tune :D
