Yeah, the cops reckoned it had gone down an embankment onto the line about an hour before. Occupants seem to have legged it without bothering to tell anyone the car was on the line !

Reckoned the only reason the train didn't derail was because of the 1800 load it was carrying !

The next train due to pass was a passenger service. Imagine the consequences of a 70 tonne Sprinter hitting the car, instead of 126 tonnes of Class 66 with 1800 tonnes of coal backing it up :nono::nono::nono:
