Sorry lads n lasses, but if no one knows the seller please say so, also IF someone does, at least acknowledge that you've let the seller know that people aren't happy with their actions.

Sorry to here of the problems!! As Nate said, I'm sure I remember seeing her at a Rolling Road day at the beginning of the year, but dont know of her personaly.
I think its bad when an SN member does this, as it only makes other untrustworthy!

No one has been ripped off, due to serious personal issues i havent been about and was unable to sort it. he has now been contacted and the matter is in hand.

Just to make everyone aware, this matter has not been resolved at all.

It is now well over 6 weeks since I paid for a mobile phone which Ice Maiden had for sale. A sum of 155 quid was paid on 4th November.

I have PM'd Ice Maiden on numerous occasions trying to resolve this matter with the last correspondence from Ice Maiden being 2 weeks ago when she promised me a full refund.

Without trying to sound too dramatic, my son won't be getting a Christmas present if this is not resolved within days.

If anyone who knows Ice Maiden would care to PM me her details, I will make further attempts to recoup my money.

I'm sure ice maiden "had" a few personal issues to deal with, but i'm sure an email would not have gone amiss!!!

No one can afford to be out of pocket £155 let alone at this time of year. 7 weeks waiting for a refund & 2 broken promises does not inspire confidence that this is being dealt with fairly & honestly.

Personal issues or not this has clearly gone on for far too long. This needs sorting & a "head in the sand" approach will not make this go away.

Even if you are not in a position to pay at the moment let the guy know. Just be up-front & honest & you will get some respect.
