guess who got caught surfing the web lol :D

hover the mouse over any running window to see it appear in the program list, select it and then you can
- set it's transparency with the slider
- set it to topmost, eg; keeping a calculator on top of all windows - but for any app!

remembers where you put it when you exit the app, can minimise (and it remebers when startup) and will 'Stay on top' itself and remember that state when starting up.

Works pretty well here in Vista 32-bit :) Caused an explorer crash to begin with for some reason, but seems fine now.
