Free app - set transparency on any xp app, stay on top, etc...
guess who got caught surfing the web lol :D
http://reefbeasties.com/mt/scr1.jpg hover the mouse over any running window to see it appear in the program list, select it and then you can - set it's transparency with the slider - set it to topmost, eg; keeping a calculator on top of all windows - but for any app! remembers where you put it when you exit the app, can minimise (and it remebers when startup) and will 'Stay on top' itself and remember that state when starting up. Application and source code here http://reefbeasties.com/mt/Make_any_app_transparent.zip you're welcome to use and distribute, just credit me where you post/distribute it Cheers Chef http://reefbeasties.com/mt/scr2.jpg http://reefbeasties.com/mt/scr3.jpg |
btw, this should work on vista too - can anyone corroborate?

Works pretty well here in Vista 32-bit :) Caused an explorer crash to begin with for some reason, but seems fine now.
