What rev limit?

Okay, so my sti 4 rev's to 8250rpm. Well that's where the limiters set, not that I normally use all those rev's.

How about some of the high power engines on here? Is it all torque and standard rev's, or do you rev to 8000, 9000rpm etc?

only if you have a uprated valves setup.....but do you really need to rev up to 8.5 K !
on my P1 I've do up to 8K max, no point after that lol

When my car was rolling roaded, on the graph, it shows the power starts to drop off after 7k

Yes, mine drops off after about 7000, so I usually change anywhere between 6700 and 7200.

The question was what are the high powered engines, say over 500bhp, using. Do they gain the power through high rev's or not?
