Anybody use these tyres?

NANKANG NS2 NANKANG NS 2 - 215/45R17 87V

I've had Nankangs on my old 205mi16 and they weren't too bad. Just don't know what they'd be like on something putting over 200 ponies through them.
they're pretty cheap below but is the price reflecting quality?
Only people with actual experience of Nankang please to save on 'i've heard they're ****e' posts.

Thanks

Damien

Put the best tyres you can afford on, At the end of the day its all what connects you to the road regardless of how much power you have.

You'll also be surprised at how much longer a premium tyres last over a budget and how much better they perform in the wet.

I had 25k out of last set of Goodyear F1's and 18k out the last set of Toyo T1s.

I've not had them on a Scoob (and wouldn't), but had them on an old hot hatch. They were fine in the dry but lethal in the wet. I would have changed them but after over 25K miles, they weren't even half worn (then I sold the car and warned the guy to take it easy in the wet - after he'd paid me!)

ive got them on my scoob at the moment, i think there good in the dry. they do slid a little in the wet, but the main thing i will say is. there a v reted tyre. rated to 149 mph, scoobs can go faster. you do really need to put w reted on

168 mph...

but if your not wanting to push the car. ns 2's are ok

ps, just got a set of toyo t1r's
putting them on next week

I have also got these on my scoob.
The guy who changed them for me said they were ok and would only last about 10000 miles on a scoob?:wonder:

Aye. I remember them not being bad on the dry but exiting corners in the wet was a bit hairy when the power was on.

Thanks for the opinoins guys.
Think I'll just go for toyos or eagle F1s
